Copyright & Usage Policy:

I, the artist, hold all rights to the produced art piece, and therefore I, as the artist, am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself within any place or site.

  • Display it anywhere to my liking.

  • Post it on any social media platform.

And you, the commissioner, are permitted to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal, noncommercial use only.

  • Repost said image with the proper credits.

The following is considered an infringement of copyright:

  • Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially.

  • Removing any watermarks and signatures.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

  • Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

  • Using artwork for AI training, NFT purposes, or anything similar.

Terms of Service:

1) I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.2) I will only begin on a commission once at least 50% of the full price is sent to me through Paypal, Zelle, or Ko-Fi. After the entire project is completed, the other 50% should be sent as well. (USD only)

  • Full refunds will not be given once the project is started; the only exception being canceling the commission before getting past the sketch stage - If that is the case, you will receive your full refund. If past the sketch stage, a 70%-50% refund will be issued, based on how near completion it is. I will not refund commissions that are nearing completion or have been finished.

  • For pieces with more than one character, its +100% the price for the first 3 characters, each, then +50% for each character after that.

  • Intricate tattoos, hairstyles, clothing, etc, may carry a complexity fee, so prices are subject to change.

3) By default, the commissioner will be tagged/linked back to once the art is uploaded online. If you would like to be left as anonymous, please let me know beforehand. I will ask you this before posting as well.4) When purchasing NSFW work from me, you must be of legal age to purchase. (+18)6) If you need your commission finished ASAP and you cannot wait, there is a rush fee you can pay to get to the front of the queue! However, the price depends on how difficult or complex the project is, and how little time I am given before the due date. Please let me know at least (4) weeks before the day you would like it to be finished.

Disclaimer: Waiting times may vary, as it depends heavily on my the schedule I have at my main job, my state of mind, how many people are ahead of you in the queue, and of course the type of project, but it will average between (1) week and (2) months.
